I will attempt to discuss in a rational way a problem being faced not only by Americans but by the whole world. I like many others have heard and read about the energy crisis we all face. It only takes a trip to the gas pump and $70.00 to fill up your tank to feel the impact of this crisis. This is not an impending crisis. We are in it now! This problem has been observed from many different angles, left, right, green, etc....
I want to see if we as Americans  have hope for not only our future, but the future of our children as well. 
 I being conservative and a lover of nature, whole heartily agree with the conservationist to a point. I want this country and world to be a better place for my children. I don't want to see plant and wildlife life harmed by our ignorance and greed. We all need to understand we are just a piece to the puzzle that we call life on the planet earth. Lets take our ideological hats off for a moment and contemplate a solution for the benefit of us all.
